You’ll also take comfort in knowing that our UL Listed Monitoring Center is on the job 24 hours a day. If your residential security system goes into alarm at any point, the experienced employees in the monitoring center will notify authorities right away, whether you are at home or away.
System Overview
Keypad Arming Station: Arm and disarm system here. Interfaces entire alarm system; connects to local monitoring service.
Magnetic Switch: Monitors door and windows. Notifies resident when opened.
Glass Break Detection: Digitally recognizes sound of glass breaking. Tells resident where intrusion may be taking place.
Motion Detector: Detects a moving heat source within a designated area. Can compensate for small pets.
Heat Detector: For use in kitchens and attics. Warns of a rapid increase in heat within one minute of time.
Smoke Detector: Early warning of fire condition. Protects resident against smoldering smoke without flames.
Camera/Video: Video coverage for TV sets within home. Monitors pools, outside gates, front doors.

Security Systems Reduce Burglaries...Homes without security systems are about 3 times more likely to be broken into than homes with security systems. Police Believe Security Systems Reduce Burglaries...In a survey of 1,000 police and fire chiefs, 85 percent of the police officials said security systems decrease the likelihood a home will be burglarized. Almost 90 percent felt security systems increase their chances of apprehending burglars, and 85 percent said they encourage the installation of electronic security systems in residences and businesses in their communities. Where Burglars Enter a House...According to one survey, 81 percent of residential intrusions occur through the first floor, most commonly through the front door, followed by a first-floor window, back door, garage, basement, unlocked entrance and finally through a storage area.
